Order Processing

Select the Order Tray icon in the menu to display a list of orders. To start a new order tap the Place Order button.

You can select search for and select an existing customer or tap the Add New Customer button to create a new customer record.

Use the search option to find products and services, or scroll the category list to filter the products and services displayed to add to the order.

A white button will display the quantity for products added to the order. Tap the "+" or "-" to adjust the quantity of the order.

Services can also be added to the order by tapping on the item. When all the items are selected select confirm to place the order. The order will display the customer and order details and the total. Tap the Complete & Pay button to continue.

Tap the Add Payment button and then select payment method used by the customer and tap the blue amount received button to process the order.

Tap Payment Received to complete the order and the order view will show all the details, scroll down to view the complete order.
