Identity Verification

Since you are working with people and money, Cutflow must verify your identity. This is for your safety and all members of the Cutflow Community. Your identity is verified in two ways. [>]

Liveness test is done by viewing your face on your mobile device, we compare your face with a valid government issued identity document. This can be a passport, identity card or drivers license card. [>]

It's important to validate a government issued identity document (passport, identity card or drivers license). To do this you will be required to take a picture of the front and the back of the identity document during the Cutflow onboarding process.

Manual Face Verification and Manual Document Verification can be if you have an issue with your device or the document you will be contacted by our customer service department to complete manual verifications. [>]

You can modify your profile photo and submit your name, tax identification number and date of birth to complete verification process.
